To all Members of the Federation: Attached please find the legal opinion that the Ontario Federation of Community Mental Health and Addiction Programs has received from Ann Corbett at Borden, Ladner, Gervais.  This opinion provides an anaylisis of the risks facing organizations in particular to the termination clauses.   We need to hear from you and your boards about the impact of this agreement. The Federation along with our partners at the MSAA table will be meeting with the LHINS in early January to discuss this issue. Please send your responses and feedback to Maria Monaco at memberservice@ofcmhap.on.ca
