 Please find attached the final documents from the six provincial associations who were present at the negotiating table with the LHIN MSAA Work Group. 

 The Attached Documents include:

• A communiqué from the six associations
• Template Agreement of MSAA for the Community Mental Health and Addiction Sector
• MSAA FAQ
• Transition Plan Guidelines
• Community Financial Policy

 Later this week an opinion will be available from Marsh Insurance to inform members of the impact on Board Liability Insurance.  Earlier discussions have indicated that Marsh did not feel the agreement would have a negative impact on  the Federation Insurance Plan or board members.  Provide any feedback to memberservices@ofcmhap.on.ca
